Processing & Shipping
All orders are processed with care in the order they are received. Please allow 7–10 business days for standard shipping. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information. Please note that shipping times may vary during promotional periods or high-volume seasons.
Local Order Pickup
For clients who prefer to collect their orders in person, we are pleased to offer a Pickup Option. Orders selected for pickup will be ready within 4–7 business days once payment has been confirmed.
You will be notified via email or text message when your order is ready, along with detailed pickup instructions. A valid photo ID and your order confirmation will be required at the time of collection.
Shipping Delays
